Hey!

Don’t know how about you, but the minute the days start to get longer (when it stays bright outside till later hours) I get an immediate injection of energy and want to do more and get more active! Really helpful – especially if you want to get rid of the extra ‘warming fat’ ;p gained over the long months of winter. To put myself even in more of an ‘active’ mood I usually throw on some sneakers and comfy clothes, then, even during shopping escapade I feel like a regular walk turns more into a of a workout session. From there, there’s only one step from me getting into a proper sports gear and going for a jog around the park. But sporty outfit like this, in combination with some accessories like not-so-sporty bag, few bangles or a cool scarf can be your every-day set for running around the city. Don’t be afraid break the dull sporty combo with a splash of colour (I added my favorite this season lime-grren top) or some trendy detail like leggings with leather inserts. Reday? Steady? Go! 🙂
